Empowering Communities Through Global Support

Canada Health Assistance Program is committed to helping families thrive in local communities by keeping families and children connected to health and wellness resources, including nutrition, physical fitness, a community garden, and a diaper bank. Our free early childhood workshops are geared towards helping new parents with learning about the ages and stages of children. Additionally, our free physical fitness and nutrition workshops provide children the opportunity to engage in hands-on activities that foster feelings of self-accomplishment and build self-esteem.
